Since 2015, Dragon Dining has served the Yokohama International School community with fresh, diverse, and thoughtfully prepared meals that celebrate the 60+ nationalities represented in our school. As a founding member of the School Food Collective, we're proud to operate independently with complete focus on our unique community. We believe school food should honor different cultures while supporting local producers and sustainable practices. Our kitchen team works alongside students, families, and staff to create mealtimes that feel welcoming and nourishing for everyone.

The School Food Collective connects independent school caterers across Japan through shared standards, developing supplier relationships, and peer support.
Together, we're proving that operators focused on a single school can outperform corporate caterers: meals prepared from scratch, menus that respond to real feedback, and food service rooted in community rather than contracts.
